There's so many things I will miss about Scott. He helped my brother through so many hurdles in life. He always answered the phone "good morning". His gorgeous smile always made you smile. He was thoughtful and considerate to everyone who crossed his path. He loved to visit Yosemite. He was genuinely grateful for any gesture sent his way...like the tickets for dinners at the Italian Lodge! He loved his church and Saturday nights out to dinner with his best buddy, my brother John. This is a very hard time for many of Scott's friends here in California. What's getting us through is knowing he's in a better place and with his father. That is comforting. Rest in Peace dear friend! Love Mary Jo, Carl & John - Merced, California

Mary Jo's post says it all. There is a huge hole where Scott used to be. He was such a wonderful man and the best friend to my brother John who sat around w/us yesterday and told some pretty funny "Scott" stories. He touched a lot of lives and will be dearly missed. God Bless you all.

I was saddened to see the post of facebook alerting me and other of Scott's classmates that knew him. He will be greatly missed. Although many of us did not see him since he moved to California, it is evident that although his life was taken too soon, the few years had, he enjoyed them fully. The photo shows his deep warm eyes, his beautiful smile and his warm soul. God Bless to all of his closest friends and family at this difficult time. Rest In Peace Scott. You were loved by many.
