Eva F. (Hatch) Argrew, 94 of West Bridgewater, MA died Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Blue Hills Alzheimer’s Care Center in Stoughton after a brief illness.   She was the wife of the late Charles Argrew.

Born Saturday, August 2, 1919 in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Agnes (Hage) Hatch.  Eva was educated in Brockton schools, and lived most of her life in Brockton.   She was a member of the Christian Science Church.   Her home was very important to her, but most of all was spending time with her family and cooking.

She is survived by six children Donna Fraser and her husband Henry of FL, Patricia Hughes and her late husband John of East Bridgewater, Sandra Munies and her husband James of East Bridgewater, Michael Argrew and his partner Jeff Davis of FL, Jeffrey Argrew and his wife Sharon of Bridgewater, and Jane Percival and her husband James of West Bridgewater, fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends.   She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. The family would also like to thank her many kind and loving caregivers.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St., Brockton, MA, with burial following at Pine Hill Cemetery in West Bridgewater.   Visitation will take place on Monday, April 21 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home.
