Donna Lynn (Salt) Rodriques, 65, of Fall River, MA passed away March 19, 2020 at Rhode Island Hospital after a long battle with lung disease.

Born May 12, 1954 in Washington, DC she was the daughter of the late James and Ellen (Hathaway) Salt.

Donna was a 1972 graduate of High Point High School and has lived in Fall River for over 20 years. She worked as a server at The Fireside Grill in Middleboro for more than 20 years. As a young woman she was a member of Job’s Daughters International and the Rainbow Girls in Maryland. She loved to sing in her youth and played a member of sports and loved to listen to her grandson play the guitar.

She is survived by her daughter Brooke A. (Salt) Huchel and her fiancée Sara Zablowski of Middleboro; a son Raymond Rodriques of Fall River; a grand son Ethan James Huchel; her former son-in-law Geoffrey Huchel; a sister Tina Braga of Fall River; 2 brothers James and Kevin Salt both of Maryland as well as her niece Valerie Braga and Brian and Richie Braga of Fall River. She was also the mother of the late Holly Jean Rodriques.

Donna was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Oh this is such sad news to hear. Donna and I were buds for several years when we were young. But lost touch with her after her mom passed. I think of you often. Now you are at peace my old friend.Until we meet again.
