Rita (Stone) Calvert, of Lakeville, passed away at the age of 91, on June 4, 2020.  She was born in Boston, lived in Dedham, and moved to West Bridgewater to raise her family.  She was a real estate title examiner for over fifty years.  When she retired, she moved to Florida to enjoy the nice sunny beaches.  She returned from Florida fifteen years ago and settled in Lakeville.

Rita Leaves behind her children:  Peggy Burgess and her husband Alan of Lakeville, Bob Stone and his wife Patty of Middleboro, Chuck Stone and his wife Gail of Assonet, Bill Stone and his wife Debbie of Barrington Hills, IL, and Patrick Stone of Brockton.  She also has eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her sons Rick and Tom Stone, and by her husband Charles L. Calvert. Rita treasured her lasting friendships with Marge Smith and Hank and Jo Workman.  She was also a loving “pet mom” to Brady the cat.

Peg, Alan and Family,
I am so very sorry about your Mom's passing. She is certainly in a better place...no more suffering, only peace and love with our Lord and his Blessed Mother.
