Jack Paul Condon, 20, of Lakeville, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 13, 2020.
Jack was born on October 9, 1999 at Good Samaritan Hospital, the loving son of John P. Condon and Brenda LaPlante Condon.
He was a 2018 Old Colony High School Graduate, where he studied Machine & Tool Technology.
Jack was a loving, adventurous, and kind soul, who always saw the best in others without passing judgement. He had a glowing vibe that would instantly put the whole room in a good mood. He was the guy you wanted to be around. Jack was a selfless person, with a heart the size of a thousand galaxies. He always wanted to help others before he helped himself. That’s who Jack was, and how he’ll always be remembered. A man with a heart that was so pure, and full of love.
Jack was passionate about many things in life – he loved fishing, traveling, snowboarding, music and playing basketball. And of course, rooting for his beloved Boston Celtics and New England Patriots! He had a love of fishing from a very young age. His father, John, wasted no time introducing him to a fishing pole, which instantly blossomed into a father and son hobby that they both loved, but more importantly, loved sharing together.
There were two things that he truly loved the most, spending time with his family and friends, and making memories that would last in their hearts forever. It was a love and closeness that was mutually felt and returned.
In addition to his loving parents, Jack is survived by his twin brother and best friend Ricky, his two older sisters Ryanne Condon and Meghan Condon and her companion Patrick J. Fernandes, his Grandmother Phyllis E. Condon, Aunts and Uncles; Jeannie M. Condon, Kevin P. and Suzanne (Condon) Burke, Stephen L. Condon, Karen Brunetti, Patricia Griffin, Debra Lewis, and Kathy Anderson, as well as many cousins and extended relatives.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 4-7 PM in the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home located at 280 Bedford Street in Lakeville, MA 02347
