Edna J. Olliff age 92, beloved wife of 60 years of the late Thomas E. Olliff Sr, passed away Monday January 10, 2021 at her home in Lakeville following a lengthy illness.  Born Sunday August 5, 1928 in Easton, MA she was the daughter of the late Russell H. and Gertrude (Walker) MacNeill.  Edna was a graduate of New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, and worked as a Registered Nurse at the former Goddard Memorial Hospital in Stoughton for 35 years before her retirement.  Edna was a resident of Easton, Mattapoisett, Florida, and most recently of Lakeville. She enjoyed swimming, walking beaches, knitting, fishing, Facebook, and doing “anything” with her family. Edna is survived by; her daughter Laurie Crossman and husband Gary, her protective canine companion Chloe, who shared their home in Lakeville with her for the last 8 years. A granddaughter Jaime Crossman Utley, her husband Jeremy and great grandchild Jordyn of Carver. A grandson Steven Crossman, his wife Stephanie, and a great grandchild Kinsley of E. Taunton. Edna’s 2 sons Thomas Olliff, Jr. and wife Cheryl of North Carolina, two grandchildren, 3 Great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren.  Her Texan granddaughter Amy Olliff Aitchison, husband Matt, and great grandchild Kennedy, family of her beloved late son Willard Olliff of Texas. A special great grandchild Haileigh Nye of Acushnet. A graveside service at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA will be held at a later date.
