Christopher Mark Frye

Christopher Mark Frye, age 51, of East Bridgewater, passed away Monday November 29, 2021, at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital in Brockton after a sudden illness. Born in Boston, MA, on Saturday February 21, 1970, Chris was the son of the late Charles Edward Frye and Charlotte Louise (Milton) Frye. Chris grew up in Brockton, he graduated from Brockton High School, and worked for the Brockton Area A.R.C. workshop for many years. He was a member of the Special Olympics, and the Downey basketball and baseball leagues. He also was a member of the Community Covenant Church in East Bridgewater. Chris enjoyed listening to music, dancing, swimming, was an avid sports fan, his favorite were Boston sports teams, and spending time with his sister Elizabeth and her family. In addition to his sister Elizabeth L. (Frye) D’Amadio and her husband Chris of Brockton, he is survived by his brother Charles M. Frye and his wife Misty of Cumberland, Maryland, four nephews Jordan and Jayden D’Amadio of Brockton, and Seth and Alex Frye of Maryland, along with many loving cousins. A public memorial service will be held for Chris on December 21, 2021 at 10:00 am in the Lopes Funeral Home 647 Main St. Brockton, MA 02301. Chris’s cremains will be laid to rest next to his mother Charlotte, in Calvary Cemetery in Brockton, immediately following the memorial service.
