Claire M. (Carbonara) Harvey, 90, of Lakeville, MA, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA, after a prolonged illness. Claire, the wife of the late Robert L. Harvey and daughter of the late Pasquale and Josephine (Spadea) Carbonara, spent many years in West Bridgewater before retiring to Florida. After 26 years, she returned to Massachusetts, spending her final year with her family. A homemaker and talented artist, Claire also worked in Brockton Hospital's nutrition department and as a waitress at the Yangtze restaurant in Bridgewater. A devout Catholic, she enjoyed bowling, knitting, sewing, painting, cooking, and family time. She is survived by her son Robert P. Harvey and his wife Sheila of Lakeville, daughters Marilyn Harvey and her partner John Beaton of Wareham, Kathi Harvey of Madison, ME, grandchildren, Jason Yenulevich of Wareham, Ashley Moriarty and her husband Kyle of Lakeville, Robert J. Harvey and his wife Vanessa of Marion, Baylee Ricci of Boston, Cory Ricci and his partner Jillian Crehan of Plymouth, and Kylie Harvey and her partner Ezra Gourley of Madison, ME, great-grandchildren Mariah, Logan, Cooper, Beckham, Rosalie, Ezra, and Everest, sisters Lucille Sedani and her husband Paul of Brockton, Carol DaSilva and her husband Damon of Bridgewater, Patricia Blanchard and her husband Ken of Bridgewater, and Debra Perham and her partner Peter Henrichsen of San Jose, CA. Claire was the eldest of 11 children and was predeceased by her daughter Lynda, brothers Joe, Ritchie, Ronnie, and Perry Carbonara, and sisters Marie Schofield and Barbara McEntee. A graveside service is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 10:30 AM, at Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater, MA.
