Esmae Shawn Demers

Esmae Shawn Demers, born on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, in New Bedford, MA, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at her home in Middleboro, MA. Esmae is survived by her parents Maryam Amin and Kyle Demers of Middleboro, her grandparents Darcy Amin and Steven Albernaz of Middleboro, and Aamer Amin of East Taunton. 

Esmae loved her cuddles with mommy and daddy with her Paw Patrol stuffed animal. She enjoyed her time with Nana and Poppa singing and doing bunny hops. She loved to listen to her Pa singing “ring around the Rosie’s”. Esmae loved her dress up time with her mommy, and listening to her mommy and daddy tell her how pretty she was. She always had a smile and giggled when she was around her family and loved ones. Esmae was the most beautiful little girl and so incredibly love by all. She will always be mommy and daddy’s little girl. She is now in the arms of the angels.

In addition to her mother, father, and grandparents, Esmae is also survived by her loving family: Joseph Demers of Fairhaven, Shawn Viera and Steven Farland of New Bedford, her great grandmother Elizabeth Amin of East Taunton, several aunts and uncles including Jennifer Viera, Alexis Valentim, Joey Viera, Aamer (AJ) Amin, Chad Nogueira and Denise Cobb.

A service for Esmae will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 280 Bedford Street, Lakeville, MA 02347. Visiting hours will be held from 10:00 – 11:50AM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00PM. Esmae will be laid to rest in Central Cemetery in Middleboro, MA, following the funeral service.
