George Norman Alves

George Norman Alves, age 69, son of the late Manuel Perry Alves and Alice (Morin) Alves, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022, at his home in Middleboro, MA, following a lengthy illness. George was born in New Bedford, MA, and attended school in New Bedford. He worked as a presser for Dermody Cleaners. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed watching wrestling and football on tv and a cold beer. George is survived by his loving family and close friends. Memorial visitation for George will be held on Friday December 16, 2022, from 4:00 - 7:00PM, at Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home 280 Bedford Street Lakeville, MA 02347
