Jean Stuart Glynn

Jean Stuart Glynn, age 74, of East Bridgewater, MA passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Seasons Hospice Care in Milton after a long illness, surrounded by people who loved her. Jean was born, the youngest of 5 daughters, to Ira Stuart and Beatrice (Madan) Stuart in West Bridgewater on Wednesday, September 28, 1949. She graduated from West Bridgewater High School, class of 1967 and took accounting classes at Massasoit Community College. She was the Office Manager of Auburn Construction Co in Whitman until her illness forced her to retire. Jean’s favorite pastime was always spending time with her family, including her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, and cousins. She enjoyed playing the bells at church and loved 50’s music. She is survived by her daughters Kimberly Eldridge of Carver, Heather Brenton and her husband Bob of East Bridgewater, her stepson Jason of Vermont, 8 grandchildren Joey, Alexandria and her husband Tevin, Devvyn, Hunter, Emmaleigh, Kailey, Nikole, and McKenzie, 6 great grandchildren, her sister Sandra Stuart Hammond and brother-in-law Brett Jordan of Wareham, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sisters Shirley Stuart Jerman, Karolyn Stuart, and Bobbi Stuart Hanson. A memorial celebration of life will be held as an open house from 11:00 am to 3:00pm at the Sachem Rock Center, 355 Plymouth St, East Bridgewater MA, on Saturday, December 16, 2023.
