Kendra A. (Walls) Schaaf, age 81, loving wife for 62 years of George K. Schaaf, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023, at the Charwell House in Norwood, MA, following a period of failing health. Born in Gardiner, ME, on Sunday, December 14, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Jane Walls. In addition to her husband, Kendra leaves her daughter Karen Duarte and her husband Joseph, son Michael Schaaf and his wife Karen, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and two half sisters Linda Bowie and Sharon Grasse of Maine. Kendra was predeceased by her brother William Walls, sister Arlene Humes, niece Deborah Humes, and her two half-brothers Carl and Joe Wharton.

Kendra attended school in Brockton. After finishing school, she and George were married and moved to Middleboro, where they raised their family, and were residents for many years. Kendra loved spending time with her family and dogs and enjoyed their trips to Florida. She was a great wife; a devoted mother and grandmother and she will be greatly missed. Services for Kendra will be private.
