Kristine M. (Chandler) Green

Kristine M. (Chandler) Green, age 56, loving wife for 25 years of Brett J. Green, passed away on Friday October 25, 2024, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston following a lengthy illness. Born in Taunton MA on Saturday September 7, 1968, she was the daughter of Kaaren (Turnbull) Chandler and the late John Chandler. Kristine graduated from Middleborough High School and studied accounting at Newbury College. A resident of Middleborough, Kristine worked for 13 years at Mechanics Cooperative Bank starting as a bank teller and advancing to bank manager. She also worked as a substitute teacher for Middleborough Public Schools, becoming an educational support professional. Kristine volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for her daughter Michelle. She enjoyed spending time on Moosehead Lake on her boat, riding ATVs with her kids, and loved sitting around the campfire with family and friends at her family vacation home in Maine. In addition to her husband Brett and mother Kaaren, Kristine is survived by her daughter Michelle, sons Ryan and Jacob, and her brother Christopher Chandler. Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday November 6, 2024, from 4:00-7:00PM, followed by a prayer service at 7:00PM, at Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home 280 Bedford Street Lakeville, MA 02347.
