Margaret Stacia (Pitas) Leca

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Margaret Stacia Leca, age 90, of Cocoa Beach, FL, who peacefully departed on Saturday, July 5, 2025, in York, Maine. Born on December 11, 1934, in Attleboro, MA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Julia A. (Mendrzychowski) Pitas.

Margaret dedicated many years of her life as a consultant for Mary Kay, where her passion for beauty and her enthusiasm for connecting with others shone through. She was an active member of the Norton Singers in Norton, MA, as well as various social groups such as the Red Hat Society, Snowbirds, and the Single Sisters in Florida. A talented individual, Margaret enjoyed painting, knitting, and floral arranging, and she cherished the moments spent with her family, always finding joy in their company.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Donna Audette and her husband Rich of Middleboro; her daughter Shera Anderson and her husband Mark of Raynham; her sons, Scott Leca and his wife Lisa of Georgia, and Jay Leca of California. Margaret will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Craig Audette and his wife Carlene of Bridgewater, Wayne Audette and his wife Laura of Newport, RI, Kyle Anderson and his wife Bizzy of Boylston, Bryan Anderson of Dighton, Neal Anderson and his wife Kelsey of West Bridgewater, BeckyAnn Crum and her husband Justin of Georgia, and Jenn Walsh and her husband Jaime of Florida, along with Stephanie Leca of Florida. She leaves behind a legacy of love in her great-grandchildren: Bryce and Sadie Audette, Aurora and Calvin Anderson, William and Louise Anderson, and Luna and Melody Crum.

Services for Margaret will be held privately for her family. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.

Margaret's presence will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to The American Heart Association.
