Robert V. Oldfield, 84, of Lakeville, MA, passed away at home after a brief illness and declining health. He was the beloved husband of Nancy L. Robert's career spanned the textile industry and his own oil burner service business, interspersed with running a woodworking business. He cherished working on his house and yard, his 1939 Ford pickup, and traveling with family through vacation ownership. A devoted member of Lakeville United Church of Christ, he served as trustee and deacon. He leaves behind his wife Nancy; daughter Carol Normandin and her husband Donald; grandchildren Shelby, Tyler, Everett and his wife Veronica; son Robert Oldfield Jr; grandchildren Rachael, Mitchell, Jack, Owen, Evan, Nicholas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
