To the Nelson family, I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to you all. While I did not know Mr. Nelson personally, I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with his son, Frank. I can imagine that Mr. Nelson was responsible for the wonderful man that Frank has grown up to be. For that, I thank him. Peace and love to all those effected. Sincerely, Shawn Schechter

I met him several times over the years through my friendship with his son, my good friend, Frank Nelson, Jr. That I was a friend of his son was all he needed to know and welcomed me as a friend and a member of his extended family.
He was always there for his family and gave so much to them and his community during his life. That type of personal effort and dedication is increasingly rare these days.
I am deeply saddened by this news and hope that as he has completed his journey here he now rests with the angels and watches over us now from above.
He lives on in our hearts, his children, and all those who were blessed to have known him.
Very sad news, Frank.
Be at peace...he is one with the Lord and his journey is complete.

Frank and Pearl have always been an amazing couple. Frank was one of the most wonderful men I've met. He was kind, intelligent, supportive and giving. I loved working with him to make the Senior Center in his dream a reality. The world is a better place because of him.
